Chicken Spaghetti

Here is another one of our family’s new faves for dinner.  It’s super easy but I apologize in advance – it’s not the best laid out recipe – I don’t measure much so use your own judgement!’

Cook your chicken (maybe 3 boneless skinless halves or so??) – I cook mine in the crock pot.

Use the broth from cooking the chicken to cook your whole grain spaghetti in.

In a large bowl combine – cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, about 3/4-1 cup of broth, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, black pepper, ceyenne pepper, seasoned salt, onions, green peppers, red peppers, pimentos, and 2 cups of shredded cheese (we have used mozz or cheddar – it’s your preference).

Pour into a glass 9×13 casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Cook on 350 for 35-45 minutes.
